What additional colors are available?

Black is always available for an additional $50 per Grandelier, or per 3 Petit Grandeliers. Prices and availability of other colors can vary, but are at least an additional $110 per Grandelier. Volume orders may be less than this. Please inquire about availability.

How can I hang the Grandelier?

The Grandelier can be hung using a variety of methods. It may only weigh 12.5 lbs, but safety should be the most important consideration. With a vertical line connected to a point directly above, 100 lb monofilament can very safely be used if tied properly. Heavy-gauge wire also works in these instances. To suspend the chandeliers horizontally across a space, a qualified installation of tensioned steel cable (16 gauge, min.) may be used.

Can you recommend where to buy bulk AA batteries?

It’s been reported that the best prices are found at Costco. We’ve also found good prices at Amazon.com. The batteries really do last a very long time in our candles, but if you plan to use the chandeliers often, or as part of a rental inventory, you might consider rechargeable options, which quickly pay for themselves.

How can I clean the Grandelier?

The Grandelier is made from PVC and does a great job of staying clean. Soapy water and a sponge work great and a Magic Eraser will make quick work of anything more serious.

How long will the Grandelier last?

Indefinitely with reasonable care. It can be assembled and disassembled as often as required and is easy to keep clean. Unlike acrylic sheet, the Grandelier’s PVC material is semi flexible and resistant to breaking. In the event of an accident, clear PVC cement will repair the damage.

Do you offer replacement parts?

We currently offer replacement candles in case of damage or loss. They are available on our Purchase page. Replacement PVC parts may be available. Please inquire. Additional cable ties can be obtained on Amazon or your local hardware store.

How long does it take to ship?

After manufacturing, which can take up to 5 business days for most orders, the Grandelier is shipped ground from Michigan. Below is an estimate of shipping days.

What happens if the Grandelier arrives damaged?

Although extraordinarily rare and unfortunate, shipping accidents are always a possibility. Any damage MUST be reported within 24 hours of delivery and include photo documentation in order for us to file a claim with the shipping company and to replace anything damaged. Please refuse any package that has clear and obvious damage to facilitate faster replacement. Likewise, in the unlikely event of missing components, they must be reported immediately so that we are able to provide the fastest replacement.

Can I use clip-on chandelier lamp shades?

Most small clip-on lamp shades should have no issues attaching to the the LED candles of the full size Grandelier. Please verify all measurements. Please consider that some lamps shade colors or materials may mute the LED illumination to different degrees if that is of concern. We also have sourced taller 11″ candles (below) available for special order, which add an additional $26 per Grandelier.
